May the peace of Jesus be with you.

Well, my goodness, it has been a while since I sent out a newsletter.

I have overcome a serious bout of pneumonia.  I am very thankful for the prayers and concerns.  I am spending the winter south – well, south all the way from Boyne City to Traverse City.  I am blessed that some people like having me stay with them and care for me when I needed it!!  My youngest son is still having health issues which keeps me busy.

I have missed not doing ministry very much.  I said it seems the Lord put my life in a bushel basket, threw it up in the air and what comes down will be really good, mature seed.  I hope ALL the chaff blows away.  I want to be a part of His end-time army which is endued with mighty anointing and power.  I am sure you all agree He is wonderful, beautiful, gentle, and best of all He loves us unconditionally.  I saw a sign on a local church which said Jesus is God’s Valentine to me!!  Well, it said to you, but if you don’t mind I took it personally and you can, too.

I pray you are watching the news with Scriptures blazing in your heart.  We are living in a time like no other.  But rejoice God is moving in power and might.  Pray for the lost.  Pray for the fresh anointing to come upon you.  Pray that His Glory will shine forth from you.  Most of all, Love Him More and More!!

I am so stirred by this message to remind you that even though there is much darkness in the world.

HE shines much whiter and brighter and has

OVERCOME the world.  Rejoice for He is the Light

of The World.  He WON over the darkness!!!!!!

I want to encourage you with the following:

The Lord is my Light and my salvation whom shall I fear.  Psalms 27:1

Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim You, who walk in the Light of Your Presence.  Psalms 89:15

Your Word is a Lamp unto my feet and a Light for my path.  Psalms 119:105

Come, O house of Jacob, let us walk in the Light of the Lord. Isaiah 2:5

Arise, shine, for your Light has come and the Glory of the Lord rises upon you

See, darkness covers the earth, and thick darkness is over the people, BUT THE LORD RISES UPON YOU!  AND HIS GLORY APPEARS OVER YOU!

Isaiah 60:1-2

Put your trust in the Light while you have it, so that you may become sons of Light.  John 12:36

I have made you a Light for the Gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.  Acts 13:47

For God, who said ”Let Light shine out of darkness, made His Light shine in our hearts to give us the Light of the knowledge of the Glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.“  2 Corinthians 4:6

I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have peace.  In this world you will have trouble.  But take heart! I have overcome the world.  John 16:33.

After Jesus said this, He looked toward Heaven and prayed:  Father, the time has come.  Glorify your Son, that your Son may glorify You.  For you granted Him Authority over all people and He might give eternal life to all those you have given Him.  Now this is eternal life: that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent.  I have brought You glory on earth by completing the work You gave Me to do. And now, Father, glorify Me in your Presence with the Glory I had with you before the world began ———Holy Father, protect them by the Power of Your Name — the Name You gave Me–so that they may be one as we are one.  John 17:1-5 and 11

These are the days God ordained for us to be upon the earth for such a time as this.  Be prepared to be used mightily in these days.  Don’t put your Light under a bushel.  These are dynamic days for those who are His Ecclesia.  The Glory of the Lord WILL fill your temple.  Father spoke that He is very excited about these days.  They are days much like when He overshadowed Mary with the Holy Spirit.  There never was a time like that before and there will not be another time like that.  So, too, with this season of the Holy Spirit will overshadow your life to bring forth the Bridegroom.  The Heavenly Father says this is a set time – the fullness of the season.  We are, indeed, blessed to be upon the earth to be His Ecclesia, His Bride.  Oh, how wonderful this is.  Rejoice and be glad.

Let us pray diligently for one another.  Please pray for the harvest which is ripe.  Know the times and the seasons.  Jesus loves you and so do I.

Before the new marvel of ‘Glow Sticks’ as children we had toys that we could hold under a light bulb for a time and then when placed in a dark closet or room they would glow and give off light. Nowadays all you have to do is bend your ‘Glow Stick’ until it cracks a little bit and it will glow for hours. When pondering this thought I realized the will of God for our lives while enduring trials. His desire for us is to be ‘Glow-in-the-Dark Christians’. While processing this thought a bit further I understood that the degree to which we glow or shine in the darkest of times is measured by the degree to which we expose’ ourselves to the light of His truth and spirit during the daytime of our spiritual lives when things are more calm and serene. The childhood toy would only glow for a duration of time equivalent to the time it was held under the light. The ‘Glow Stick’ has to be broken before it gives off a long-lasting glow. If we are to be glowing Christians in this day we must allow the Lord to break our will and we must spend much time exposing ourselves to the light of His presence. The final analysis of whether a Christian is glowing in the dark is when the worst possible news comes in from the doctor. Maybe a husband has cancer or a wife has heart disease or a young child, a terminal illness. Perhaps the economy is not yielding its crop of earnings sufficiently enough to meet the daily needs of your household. Whatever the scenario may be, if we can still sing, “Amazing Grace how sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me”, this would be a good indicator that we are ‘Glow-in-the-Dark Christians.

Matthew 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
